RETURN AND EXCHANGE

Cancellation / Return

You can return the products you ordered from Glo Studio within a period of 14 days from the date of delivery to you or the person / organisation at the address you show, provided that it has not been used, disassembled, and its packaging is intact, without stating any reason.

We kindly ask you to send the product(s) you want to return, together with your invoice, unused and undamaged packaging. Return shipping cost belongs to Glo Studio. If you prefer the shipping option for the return process, you can deliver your package to Domestic Cargo with the code XXX. The refund for the returned product will be made by the method you used in the purchase. This amount will be credited to your account within 30 days depending on your bank. Products damaged in the cargo due to packaging during return are not included in the return.

Cancellation

For orders placed on the website, only orders in preparation can be cancelled. For orders that have been delivered to the cargo, only the return procedure can be applied.

The conditions within the scope of return are as follows;

We kindly ask you to send the product you will return to the return address specified by Glo Studio with the original invoice, unused and undamaged packaging.

If the invoice of the product you want to return is issued on behalf of an institution, it must be sent with the return invoice issued by the institution. Otherwise, the return process cannot be completed.

Returns of products whose original box / packaging is damaged, cargo label is pasted on the box, and taped with cargo duct tape are not accepted. Products received in this way will be sent back as received and paid by the other party.

All standard accessories, if any, must be sent undamaged and complete in their original packaging.

Returns are not accepted if the clothing products have been used and modified.

When receiving the product from the cargo authority, if you think that it has suffered any damage, you can open and check the package in front of the cargo authority; If you think that there is a damage in the package, you may not receive the product by making a report to the cargo authority.

If you receive a product that you think is damaged in the cargo, you must inform us.

After your product is received by Glo Studio, the return process is initiated. If your return does not comply with the return conditions; the relevant product will be sent back to your address by cargo to be paid by you.

If there is a discount voucher that you used in your order, it will be redefined to your account during the return process. The period of use remaining on the discount voucher on the date of your order will start again with the return transaction.

Change

Products purchased through the Glo Studio website cannot be exchanged one-to-one. The product(s) you want to exchange must be returned to us and a new order must be created on the website.
